Recipe of dumpling of spinach and roasted

Preparation: In a bowl, place all the ingredients, except the baking powder. Mix well and, as soon as it is homogeneous, add the yeast. Mix until combined well. Grease the baking sheet itself for cupcak, or line cups with silicone or paper liners. Distribute the dough in the form making the dumplings and bring to a medium oven (180ºC), preheated, for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.

preparation: Saute the spinach with the onion, parsley, chives and salt in a frying pan with olive oil. Then allow it to cool and mix with the egg, milk, flour, parmesan and baking. Mix well to form a dough. Mould small balls of the desired size and arrange on a baking sheet non-stick greased baking sheet and bake until golden brown in medium oven.

  • 1/2 onion, chopped;

preparation: Saute the spinach lightly in a frying pan until wilted. Drain and leave to cool. Then in a bowl mix the spinach and all other ingredients, remembering to put the yeast last. Let form a homogeneous dough and shape the dumplings. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bring to bake in the oven at 180°C pre-heated for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.

preparation: Wash the spinach (using the maximum of the stalk as possible, and despising only the hard parts). Chop them up very fine. In a bowl mix well the spinach, the eggs, the onion, the garlic, the parsley, the salt and the oil. Add the flour gradually, stirring with your hand to form a dough medium thick. On greased baking sheet, place spoonfuls of dough and bake to bake until golden brown (or in cups of pie). Remove from the oven, cool a little and drizzle with olive oil.
