Prepare a delicious dessert of iced banana and chocolate

  • 450 g de biscoito maisena;
  • 180 g de margarine sem sal.

Banana flambada

  • 2 tablespoons (soup) of sugar;
  • Half spoon (tea) of cinnamon powder;
  • 1 spoon (soup) margarine;
  • 1 tbsp (tablespoon) lemon juice;
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) of cognac;
  • 3 bananas nanicas.

Creme de chocolate

  • 300 g de chocolate ao leite;
  • 200 g creme de leite;
  • 1 colher (de sopa) de cacau.


  • 500 g cream of fresh milk;
  • 4 tablespoons (soup) of sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) cocoa powder.


Crush the biscuits using a blender or processor until you see a fine flour. Melt the margarine without salt, and mix it with the flour until the mixture turn into a grease can and use it to fill a shape knock-down of 25 cm x 6 tall. Place the container in the freezer and leave for two hours.

For the cream, just cut the chocolate into pieces and melt in a bain-marie. When you are completely mushy, add the milk cream, mix well and bring to the refrigerator.

In a large skillet, melt the margarine over a medium heat and add the bananas cut in slices and drizzle with lemon juice while they cook until tender. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the bananas and as soon as the sugar melts, use a ladle to put the brandy and tilt the pan so that the bananas are flambadas.


Pour all the chocolate cream on the dough and arrange all of the bananas on top of the same. Beat the fresh cream with sugar until it becomes a whipped cream and use it to make the top of the pie. To finish, sprinkle the dessert with cocoa powder.
