Spring is just around the corner, and as I look around my house, I see that a more thorough cleaning is in order.

The dust are multiplying under the bed, spider webs are glistening on my chandelier, and a layer of dust has settled on all places too difficult to reach comfortably.

I start to wonder if my body also has need of a cleaning or a diet to lose weight fast in a week and ny.

Like many of you, I need to go into hibernation mode during the winter months.

With less daylight hours and physical work to do outside, along with a stream of goodies, sugary and other foods, your body is insulated by an additional layer of fat.

I am certainly not alone in feeling this way, judging by the number of questions on the site about detox diets at this time of the year.

Although the idea of cleaning harmful toxins in your body or removing body fat quickly may seem tempting and even beneficial, it is a detox the answer? What is a detox?

Salad of cabbage +purple lettuce + 2 tablespoons (soup) of brown rice + 1 omelet made with 2 whole eggs, hearts of palm and parsley

Afternoon Snack

180 ml refreshment of coconut water + 1 slice of watermelon + 1 scoop (dessert) seed chia

Dinner

1 deep dish of vegetable soup green

Supper

1 cup of tea of melissa sugar-free

Tuesday

Breakfast

red Juice: 1 beet + 4 strawberries + half a carrot + 125 ml water + 1 tablespoon of flour of passion fruit

Snack Morning

1 slice media melon

Lunch

Salad of cabbage with broccoli + 2 tablespoons tablespoons brown rice + 1 ladle of beans + 1 put fish grilled

Afternoon Snack

1 cup green tea + 1 unit of cashew nuts

Dinner

1 cincha of quinoa cooked + file chicken + salad leaves various

Supper

1 cup of tea apple dry + grass lemon

Wednesday

Coffee Morning

Juice yellow: 1 pear + 2 oranges + 1 inch ginger + 1 spoon of seed chia

Snack Morning

1 cup of white tea without sugar

Lunch

Salad of arugula + watercress + 2 tablespoons (soup) of brown rice + zucchini stuffed with ground beef

1 apple + 1 spoon (soup) of sunflower seed

Dinner

1 omelette made with 2 eggs, parsley and oregano + salad cauliflower + salad of lettuce, purple

1 cup of ginger tea + pulp of passion fruit

Juice detox: 1 carrot + 1 cucumber + 1 frozen raspberries + 1 tablespoon parsley + the juice of 1 lemon

Snack Morning

1 slice of fresh pineapple heated with cinnamon

Lunch

palm-heart Salad + mashed sweet potato + shredded chicken with corn + 1 tablespoon) seed chia

Afternoon Snack

180 ml juice of melon with mint
