Detox Diet Lemon
The singer Beyonce claims to have lost 10 pounds with this detox diet, Mariah Carey and Tania Zaetta says it helped her during the stress of the Aussie.

But does it work? This diet is healthy for the body?
Nutritionist Matt O’Neill says it is a hunger diet, and those who embark will re-gain weight when you start eating.
But fitoterapeuta Richard Carney says it is an excellent detox that provides fast weight loss and back to a healthy life.
Naturopathic the american Stanley Burroughs invented the detox program for 60 years.
It consisted of a cocktail of water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and syrup bilberry.
The formula was reinvented three years ago as detox Diet Lemon, the only difference is that the maple syrup was replaced with the syrup Madal Bal, using the sap of various species of palm trees.
During the cleanup, participants drink about eight glasses of this mixture daily for about 10 days.
Laxative tea and salt water are also considered.

The’Neill, who conducted a scientific analysis of the diet, concludes: “It removes weight off, but there is a terrible downside.” The’Neill says that the diet is extremely low in proteins, which results in loss of muscle mass.
Nutritionist Rosemary Stanton agrees, as well as a nutritionist Susie Burrell, who says that he is “very dangerous”, because it is not providing you with all the daily nutrients essential.
But Carney says the detox is not sufficient to cause the loss of muscle deficiency or protein. “Has helped my clients achieve quick weight loss and lifestyle changes.

Supposed to ease back into eating with only juice. Peanut butter on toast, coffee, champagne and canapés.
