l’ aloe vera has many healing properties, able to treat many problems of the mouth, including a sore tongue. Its anti-inflammatory properties help to reduce pain and l’inflammation. Extract the gel from a leaf of aloe vera and apply directly on the affected area. Repeat a couple of times a day. A’s other option is to rinse the mouth with aloe vera juice 3 or 4 times a day. For the treatment of a sore tongue, the sodium bicarbonate is also a good remedy. Has anti-inflammatory properties that help to soothe the pain and l’inflammation. Mix ½ teaspoon of baking soda with a little ‘d’water. Apply on affected area, leave on for 1 minute, then rinse with warm water. You can also mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water and use the solution as a mouthwash several times a day. Hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic effective against a tongue sore. It has strong antibacterial properties that reduce the risk of infection. Use hydrogen peroxide only 3 percent. Mix the same amount of hydrogen peroxide 3% and water hot. Apply it on the affected area with a swab of clean cotton. Leave it on for a few seconds, then rinse the mouth with warm water.
