How to make a savoury pie with vegetables
This pie is prepared with a few simple ingredients, that do not need to be weighed, but you can set the volume of a plastic cup or jar of the yogurt, it’s a rustic, really delicious and customizable. So if you want a rustic really simple and quick, let’s go and see how to make a savoury pie with vegetables:
first get all the necessary, that is, 3 eggs, 1 cup of potato starch, 2 cups of 00 flour, 1 cup milk, 1 cup of vegetable oil, 1 jar of yogurt, 1 jar of grated parmesan cheese 1 pinch of salt, 1 sachet of yeast. For the filling you will need 300 gr. of cleaned vegetables, spices to taste q.b.
Start the preparation of the salt cake by washing and cutting into small pieces the vegetables, then soffriggetele in a pan with a dell’ oil ( or boil them for a light version) we add the grated parmesan cheese and the spices of your choice. In the meantime, inside of a container mounted only the egg whites and keep aside in another container instead, whisk the egg yolks with the salt until they are very frothy, then add a little at a time the yogurt, and always working the mixture with the whips. Slowly add the flour and starch sift and whisk until the mixture is hard, add the oil and milk, and always with whips driven, ammorbidiamolo. Only at the end add the yeast, then follow the verduree the spices and stir. Then add the egg whites to snow and incorporate them to the mixture, stirring from the bottom to the top to avoid that you “unmount”. At this point, take a mould, imburratelo and pour the mixture inside, then cook at 180° for 35 minutes.
