how to make a quiche soft

The tart salted soft is a great idea to serve at a dinner party among friends or for a party with buffet dinner. It is prepared inside of the moulds, defined “smart“, i.e. they have an inner groove, these allow you, after baking, invert on a flat dish, the pan, and thus getting a basic soft, with a groove above, you can “fill up” and decorate it, thus obtaining a look nice. The quiche is soft and can be cooked in advance and kept in the fridge, to pull out all’ arrival of the guests. If you are curious to taste it then, let’s see it then, how to make a quiche soft:

the first thing we’ll pick up all the ingredients needed for 8 persons, namely:

Per the base

  • 3 eggs
  • the

  • 100 ml of seed oil
  • the

  • 100ml milk
  • the

  • 180 gr of 00 flour
  • 1 packet of yeast, instant
  • the

  • 70 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • the

  • salt q. b.
  • the

  • pepper q. b.

For decoration


  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • the

  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • the

  • 50 grams of cooked ham
  • the

  • 100 grams of diced mozzarella cheese
  • the

  • basil q.b.

After having prepared the necessary ingredients, begin well prepare your tart by beating all’ inside of a bowl, the eggs with the salt and pepper, then add l’oil and milk.

Add also the grated parmesan cheese and continue to whisk. In the last add the flour a little at a time and the yeast and mix everything together. Grease and flour the mold and place inside the mixture, leveling the surface and bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, flip it onto a serving plate and begin to fill it by spreading the cream cheese and decorated with cherry tomatoes sliced. Then add the diced mozzarella and the roses of ham. After it is decorated, perhaps customising it to your taste, feel free to bring it to the table, your quiche soft.
