  • 2 tablespoons (soup) of avocado oil;
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) of oil of oats;
  • 1 jar of collagen cream 50 g;
  • 1 cream pot of aloe vera (aloe) with vitamin E.

Way to prepare and use

the pot In a glass, add ingredients beginning with collagen cream. Then, add the cream of aloe. Finally, increment the homemade product with the oil of oats, and avocado.
