Ingredients fluid extract
- 100 ml extract fluid valerian;
- 100 ml extract fluid grass lemon;

Prepare and use
Mix all extracts fluids until all the liquid is homogeneous. It is recommended that if you mix a tablespoon of the extract to some cup of some tea with soothing properties, like chamomile tea with mint for example. Do this every night, just before sleeping.
