End insomnia with just a spoonful of this extract per day

Ingredients fluid extract

  • 100 ml extract fluid from the herb st. john’s.

Prepare and use

Mix all extracts fluids until all the liquid is homogeneous. It is recommended that if you mix a tablespoon of the extract to some cup of some tea with soothing properties, like chamomile tea with mint for example. Do this every night, just before sleeping.
