How to use?
Generally, in the first 2 weeks of treatment the recommended dose is 400 mg, 4 tablets of 100 mg per day, administered in single takes. After the first 2 weeks of treatment, the recommended dose should be reduced, going to be the recommended intake of 200 mg, 2 tablets of Sirturo in single takes, administered 3 times per week. For example, from the 3 week treatment Sirturo can be administered will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week. The duration of treatment recommended, is usually of 24 consecutive weeks.
The tablets of Sirturo should be swallowed whole, without breaking or chewing, along with a glass of water and food.
Sirturo should be administered in accordance with medical necessity and in conjunction with other medicines, so as to complete the treatment.
