SINTOZIMA® is indicated in disorders of the digestive tract resulting disability
the enzyme or changes of motility, meteorism, flatulence, feeling of fullness stomach and in the dispepsias of varied origins.

Contraindications

When should I not use?

In cases of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation, in patients with biliary obstruction mechanical, hepatitis severe, pheochromocytoma or parkinsonism and epileptic patients in treatment. Not indicated in the syndromes obstructive bowel and constipation.

Dosage

How to use?

One to two tablets, during or shortly after the main meals, and should the doctor prescribe the appropriate dose for use by children, the elderly and malnourished patients.

SINTOZIMA can cause constipation, diarrhea, somnolence (4%), lassitude (9,8%),
intestinal disorders (1,2%), nausea and vomiting.

Rarely can occur extrapyramidal reactions (1%). Especially in children, may exceptionally occur galactorrhea, dizziness (up 0.8%), agitation and anxiety, periorbital edema and tongue, skin rashes and pain in the oral and perianal.

In elderly patients can cause dyskinesia and, in the malnourished, can occur extrapyramidal effects.
