When should I not use?

How to use?
The daily dose is from 5 to 7 mg/kg of body weight, and should be divided into 2 outlets, 1 in the morning after breakfast and another after dinner) with approximate range of 12 hours between them. The treatment should be maintained for 30 to 60 consecutive days.
