When should I not use?

Regitina is contraindicated for patients with hypersensitivity to fentolamina or any component of the formulation, as also for patients with a history of peptic ulcer, as Regitina can stimulate the secretion of gastric acid. The Regitina is contraindicated in patients with coronary heart disease.
