rice is the second cereal most consumed in the world after wheat. It is one of the largest energy suppliers in the human food supply.
brown rice is brown because it retains part of its cuticle, which houses the germ and the bran. About 87% of its composition is carbohydrates, but it is also a good source of fiber and vitamins, such as the thiamin: (B1), riboflavin (B2) and niacin (B3).

Rice Salad for Voltage
- 250g of brown rice
- lemon juice
- 15g turkey ham
- an onion shallot
- an endive red
- a tablespoon of honey
- a tablespoon of mustard
- chopped cilantro
Cook the rice in plenty of water for about 45 minutes. Drain and let cool. Peel and chop the avocado and subsequently spraying it with the juice of lemon. Cut the turkey into strips, finely chop the shallot and mix with the brown rice once it has cooled.
