Brown rice, properties, and recipe for stress

rice is the second cereal most consumed in the world after wheat. It is one of the largest energy suppliers in the human food supply.

  • 250g of brown rice
  • the

  • lemon juice
  • the

  • 15g turkey ham

Cook the rice in plenty of water for about 45 minutes. Drain and let cool. Peel and chop the avocado and subsequently spraying it with the juice of lemon. Cut the turkey into strips, finely chop the shallot and mix with the brown rice once it has cooled.

For the vinaigrette whisk together the olive oil, the honey and the mustard until emulsified (as you can see there is used the salt, they will compensate for the flavor with the cilantro)

Separate the leaves from the endive, clean them with a cloth. Fill the leaves of endive with the mixture of rice, avocado, turkey, and shallot, add cilantro on top and see the vinaigrette.
