castor Oil is often overlooked as a treatment of health and beauty, and often is only considered as a remedy for constipation.

But it has a long history for being used by many others to heal and to strengthen also the beauty treatment.

The castor oil laxative is derived from the seeds of the plant castor oil plant (Ricinus communis), or also has another common name – the seeds of the plant Palma Christi, also known as Palm of Christ.

1. Castor oil for Hair Growth

How to Make Hair Grow Faster?

Use castor oil! Massage warms slightly the castor oil in your hair and the scalp and this will improve the circulation of blood to your follicles, promoting hair growth faster.

The oil also contains fatty acids omega-6, which will nourish the hair as well.

For quite a profound effect, after the massage oil in your roots, spread all over your hair (even the ends).

Make a paste and apply on your hair, leave the oil overnight and wash the next day (you may need to wash the hair two times to get rid of the greasy feel).

If you find that the consistency of the castor oil is very thick and is difficult to work with it, then mix castor oil with coconut oil or sweet almond oil at a ratio of 1 to 1.
